Yes, on all three. The SOLIDWORKS add-in keeps its free features after the 14-day trial. The Inventor command palette is free forever. GeoConvert gives you 2 free conversions up to 512 KB each, then charges per conversion.
The add-ins run entirely on your workstation and work offline; an internet connection is only used to install and to refresh the licence every 90 days. GeoConvert is a web app: the file you upload is converted on our server and handed back to you.
